This reprint of this exceptional work also includes an introductory section describing the author’s life and how this remarkable work came into being; each plate is accompanied by the current valid name of the species depicted, or its status (synonym, etc.), should it not be recognised by mycologists today as a valid species. The reprint has been printed in a limited edition of just 30 copies.
