PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

1.1 The Seller processes personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the 'Personal Data Protection Act').

1.2 By sending the order, the buyer declares that they have been informed of these facts in accordance with Section 11 of the ZOOÚ, as amended, and in accordance with Section 5 of the ZOOÚ, they agree to these facts:

a. The Seller, in its capacity as personal data controller, will process the Buyer's personal data specified in the order, i.e., the Buyer's first name, surname, address, email address, and telephone number (hereinafter also referred to as 'Buyer's personal data') in electronic form.

b. The Buyer's personal data will be processed by authorized employees of the Seller or by a personal data processor with whom the Seller has concluded a personal data processing agreement in accordance with Section 6 of the ZOOÚ. The processor ensures the protection of the buyer's personal data.

c. The buyer's personal data will be processed for the fulfillment of the seller's contractual obligations and for the seller's marketing purposes.

d. The Buyer's personal data will not be provided to third parties with the exception of a contractual personal data processor and a transport company for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, depending on which of these companies will transport the goods to the Buyer.

e. As a data subject, the buyer has the right to access their personal data processed by the seller and the right to correct it.

f. The buyer's telephone number and email address will be stored for as long as the buyer consents to the processing of this data.

1.3 The buyer has the right to access their personal data. The buyer, as the data subject, may request the seller to explain the processing of personal data and changes thereto within the meaning of Section 21 of the Personal Data Protection Act if they discover or believe that their data is being processed in violation of the protection of their private and personal life or in violation of the law, in particular if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing. In this context, the buyer may request that the seller remedy the situation. If the seller does not comply with such a request, the buyer has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection in Prague directly.

1.4 The buyer provides their data voluntarily in connection with the conclusion of the purchase contract and the performance of this purchase contract and for the seller's marketing purposes.

1.5 The buyer is entitled to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

These rules come into effect on 27 May 2025.
